The hall, the coffee room, a lounge, a garage are on the ground floor. The lift is accessible for disabled people. Near the comfortable hall-reception, with its green plants and flower in the middle, is a cafeteria with an open air space just looking to the park. From the bar, a small taverna is reachable. A confortable break-fast room is on the first floor, with a special refrigerator. Behind its windows, a rich buffet shows, and clients can be sure that, in this way, food is ever fresh. Beatiful panoramic view of Lake Garda from the pensile garden of the hotel, where guests can enjoy the landascape while relaxing in the swimming pool or lying the sun on the natural lawn of the garden. The hotel is open from 6.30 o’clock in the morning to 2.30 o’clock in the night. AIR CONDITIONING AND RESPECT OF THE ENVIRONMENT The WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION “WHO”, suggests a moderate use of the air-conditioners in respect of the environment. The Kyoto protocol commits the industrialized countries to reduce gas carbon emissions, which may be responsible of the greenhouse gases emissions. Dear Guests the hotel air-conditioning will be on from 20 May to 10 Sept, should the outside temperature be over 29 degrees. Its use is allowed for 13 hours daily, distributed as follows: 6.30 am to 9.00 am 1.30 pm to 7.00 pm 9.30 pm to 2.30 am From 9.00 am to 1.30 pm the ventilator system will be on to allow the staff to clean and give the rooms an airing. The air conditioning refreshes 24 degress ( not degress cooler –temperature locked). Timing and dates can change according to the high temperature.
